It is recommended that students should have attended the 7 week beginners course before attending this course as this course will deepen the learning content already covered and involve a real-life situation practicum of using learnings obtained from and in the Introduction course.
Course Content includes: Te Reo, Mihimihi, Pepeha, Tikanga, Kawa, Waiata, Karakia, Pu Rakau (kaiako) years of own experiences.

Course Fee Subsidy
This course is subsided by Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizens and permanent migrant adults, their partners on work visas or visitor visas, and refugees. To qualify, registrants should be over the age of 16 years and not currently enrolled in a secondary school. You must provide evidence of NZ citizenship, residency, or refugee status to our staff for sighting purposes.
