This is an open sewing class where participants can bring their own projects and receive
help, advice and learn tips and tricks.
A student once described this as ‘dedicated sewing time with moral support’
 

This course provides students with the opportunity to practice their sewing skills in a safe
environment and learn new skills from a qualified and experienced teacher.

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.

Course Prerequisites

Completed Beginners sewing class or already have basic sewing
knowledge. Can use a sewing machine.


Participants need to bring their own project. This includes pre washed fabric, an appropriate
pattern and all the necessary haberdashery ( interfacing, thread, zips, buttons etc)
They should also bring their sewing kit ( pins, scissors, unpicker, needles)
They can bring their own sewing machine if they desire.
