If you have special dietary needs or allergies in the family and a sweet tooth, then this is the course for you! In this hands-on course, Claire will cover a variety of really tasty recipes that are gluten free, nuts free, dairy free and sugar free.  The Ingredients fee is $45 per person for the day and is payable direct to the tutor. Limited to 10 students per class.
