Learn how to make a variety of fresh cheeses such as feta, halloumi, mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone.

This hands-on class makes cheese-making easy and accessible to anyone and will give you the knowledge and recipes to make your own cheese easily in your own kitchen.

The March and November workshop will cover  fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, ricotta and mascarpone and in the June workshop haloumi, quark and cottage cheese will be covered 








Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
