Cajun and Creole Cooking
Spice up your meals with Cajun and Creole recipes. From the American South, these cuisines combine French, African, Native American, and Italian traditions to create something completely unique. One week you will be making a gumbo with rice and beignets and the second week you will create a jumbalaya, maque choux, and pralines.
$30.00 cash is payable on the first night to your Tutor. This covers all ingredients for the 2 week course.
Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
