Course Description

Dumplings are hard to turn down, especially the creative and delicious options you see in the local shops and restaurants. Come and join us in this 2 hour fun workshop and learn how to create and cook your own "sticky dumplings", pan-fried and steamed using a variety of tasty fillings and dipping sauces.

Course Materials

The tutor provides all the ingredients. The cost of these ingredients is included in the course fee. 

Please bring the following items:

• One or two sharp vegetable knives
• A spoon and fork
• 2 or 3 tea towels
• A few different-sized containers to take your food home
• An apron 
• Pen and paper
• A smile

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
