Join us in this workshop and create your own bespoke items from leather. You will have 4 projects you can choose from; Knife sheath/multitool case, Wallet, dog collar or a set of coasters. The course covers pattern-making through to completed project and how to emboss and tool designs. . If students want to bring their own leather it is advised that they bring Vegetable tanned leather. The total cost of leather could range from $15 - $50 depending on the size and project you choose to do.

At this workshop, you will gain practical skills in leather crafting.

Course Materials

The course fee already includes $35 for materials and specific tools, which your tutor will provide at the beginning of the workshop.

Ākonga/learners will need to bring:

• craft knife/Stanley knife
• pencil, pen and note pad or paper.

 If you wish to make a sheath or multitool case you will need to bring the knife or tool along.

Please note: Due to  health and safety reasons you must wear covered shoes and have hair tied back.
