Students will be introduced to contemporary stitching in this one-day workshop (4.5 hours). We will learn the main embroidery stitches creating our first floral piece on an embroidery hoop. We will explore the benefits of this craft to explore new crafting skills, relax, and find our creative voice with stitches and threads.

At the end of the class, students will have their own stitches sampler with their embroidery design.
