Experience the rich flavours and traditions of Samoa in this interactive cooking class! Learn how to prepare authentic Samoan dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques, all while discovering the cultural stories behind the food.

Course Materials

The tutor provides all the ingredients. The cost of these ingredients is included in the course fee. 

Please bring the following items:

• One or two sharp vegetable knives
• A spoon and fork
• 2 or 3 tea towels
• A few different-sized containers to take your food home
• An apron 
• Pen and paper
• A question about Samoan Cuisine
• A smile.

Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
