Course Description
Liven up your weekly meal plan with a few healthy and nutritional plant base options. In this short course, chef Komal will be teaching you fun and exciting ways to make the most of your vegetables. "Healthy cooking doesn't have to be boring!"
Some of Komal’s favourites that she may share with you includes Raw zesty and nutty granolas, vegan pancakes, pasta with cashew cheese, Rosemary and thyme hasselbacks, Pesto potato top pie, Indulgent slice chocolate mousse tort, Multiple flavour bliss balls, soups and breads and canapes.

The tutor provides all the ingredients. The cost of these ingredients is included in the course fee.

Course Fee Subsidy
This course is subsided by Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizens and permanent migrant adults, their partners on work visas or visitor visas, and refugees. To qualify, registrants should be over the age of 16 years and not currently enrolled in a secondary school. You must provide evidence of NZ citizenship, residency, or refugee status to our staff for sighting purposes.
For Non- Resident students there will be a surcharge of NZD$20.
Please note: All courses need a minimum number to go ahead. If your course does not have enough enrolments, we regret that we will have to cancel and will let you know either by email or text. Courses are usually cancelled, when necessary, 2-3 working days prior to the scheduled start date.
