A Qualified experienced Chef holding a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology and the master’s degree in Tourism Management, with the 25 years of relevant industry experience worked with leading hotel groups like, Sheraton, Meridians, Holiday Inn, Kempinski, South Pacific Hotel Corporation and the Indian Tourism Development Corporation including 20 years of New Zealand experience.

 

After working with the leading hotels & restaurants in Auckland on a senior executive management position, Senior member of New Zealand Chef’s Association decided to pass the skills back to the community in form of teaching to the   upcoming talent in the industry, after achieving the New Zealand teaching Qualification to teach from last 10 years uplifting the new talent in form of teaching.

 

Passion towards cooking, a diehard foodie, and the zeal to learn new cuisines and delicacies keeps the spark alive in me which ultimately helps to excel in whatever I do. With the same passion and zeal towards exploring the unexplored avenues, I wish to impart my knowledge to students, train them in culinary skills, and at the same time, learn new things from these new fresh minds put at work.
